Differences between the easy, normal, and hard modes of difficulty:
Easy Mode:
- All customers start with 5 hearts.
- Customer satisfaction level drops at a rate of .033/sec.
- Level scores are the lowest.
Normal Mode:
- All customers start with 4 hearts. Once served, a heart is added regardless of how many hearts you have. But it may not be full. It will be at the same level prior to being served.
- Customer satisfaction level drops at a rate of .036/sec.
- Compared to easy scores, on average:
- 1 star: 25% higher
- 2 stars: 22.5% higher
- 3 stars: 14% higher
Hard Mode:
- All customers start with 4 hearts. Once served, a heart is added regardless of how many hearts you have. But it may not be full. It will be at the same level prior to being served.
- Customer satisfaction level drops at a rate of .04/sec.
- Compared to easy scores, on average:
- 1 star: 48% higher
- 2 stars: 28% higher
- 3 stars: 13% higher
- Compared to normal scores, on average:
- 1 star: 18% higher
- 2 stars: 4% higher
- 3 stars: 1% lower (yes, hard mode scores are lower than normal mode)
