• Mother of Jessica
• Died in fire before 1^st game

George Baker

• Step-father of Jessica
• Died in fire before 1^st game

Charles Woodrow Carlyle

• Father of Jessica
• Uncle of Ox
• Kidnapped and held captive for months
• Saves Jessica from kidnapping
• Married Matilda Allen at 24 years of age
• Jessica born 6 years later

Robert James Carlyle (Ol’ Man Carlyle)

• Youngest son of JW
• Lured Jessica back to Primrose Lake
• Killed by Ox (accidental); fell on a nail

Jefferson Woodrow (JW) Carlyle, Sr.

• Jessica’s great-great-grandfather
• Build Primrose Lake
• Died in 1918 (went over the waterfall)

Charlotte Carlyle

• Wife of JW. Sr.
• Went over the waterfall
• Closed Onnaway saloon in 1918; Jail has been vacant since then; Saloon becomes Jessica’s café
• Speculated for a long time that she committed suicide; later speculation was that Jonathan, Charlotte’s son, killed her; David’s great-grandfather killed her, to avenge his father

J.W. Carlyle, Jr.

• Oldest son of JW
• Had a heart attack and died right after Charlotte disappeared

Jonathan Carlyle

• Middle son of JW
• Died in a bar fight
• Great-grandfather of Ox; beginning of bad blood story
• Speculation was that he killed his mother, Charlotte; proved incorrect in 4^th game

Dorothy Carlyle (Dot)

• Mother of Ox
• Married to Connor

Connor Carlyle

• Father of Ox
• Died around 40 years of age
• Drinker; used to beat his son (Ox) and wife (Dot) (game 4)

Jefferson Chester Carlyle

• Not introduced until 4^th game; not in the family tree above
• In love with Mary Evans (game 4)
• Died very young in accident
• Chip says that he made the accident happen when he learned of Chester and Mary’s plans to run away together and Chip tried to stop them
• Only child of Woody and Amelia Carlyle

• Café worker
• Ran away from altar prior to 1^st game

Matthew Olsen/Butler

• Was fiancé of Jenny
• Olsen was the name used in game 1; changed to Butler for game 2-4.

Fiona Morehouse

• Seamstress in General Store
• Born in Boston

Evans

Sawyer Evans, Jr. (Chip)

• Sawmill foreman; used to run the café
• Evans family are the hands which built the Carlyle empire

Rebecca Lee Evans (Becca)

• Wife of Chip
• Works in the Library/Archives
• Moved to Primrose Lake in 1986

Mary Evans

• Not introduced until game 4
• Daughter of Chip and Becca
• In love with Jefferson “Chester” Carlyle
• Left Primrose Lake after Chester died and cut off al contact with her parents

McGovern

Assuming there is only 1 McGovern family, I THINK we know the following:

David McGovern

• Handyman at the resort
• Kidnapped Charles and held him captive for months
• Threatened to kill Jenny; mistook her for Jessica
• Attempted to abduct Jessica
• Killed Jessica’s parent with fire (Mattie & George) (game 4)
• Great-grandfather killed Charlotte to avenge death of father (game 4)
• Great-great-grandfather was Chester McGovern

Chester McGovern

• Geologist
• Business partner of J.W, Sr.
• Rumour is that he found a rich vein of gold near Onnaway Pass
• Died when he fell off a cliff while hunting for the gold
• W, Sr. found his body; Charlotte was suspicious that he killed Chester McGovern

Gabriella McGovern

• Wife of Chester McGovern
• Stayed in Massachusetts when Chester went out west

• Owner of Primrose Lake Resort & Spa

• “Helps out” at the resort; may be a lawyer or an accountant, but probably not
• From Atlantic City
• Makes and sells moonshine

• Persimmon’s dog

• Bitsy’s name (game 2) got changed to Binky in game 3
• Husband & wife
• Bitsy old classmate and friend of Persimmon
