Tip: There is an error in the most recent download of the game. Hard mode scores for level 48 are set to 4600 for 1 mug, 4700 for 2 mugs and 4265 for 3. Less points are required for 3 mugs than 2 or 1. This error makes it impossible to complete this level in hard mode.

Differences between the easy, normal, and hard modes of difficulty:
Easy Mode:
- All customers start with 5 hearts.
- Customers’ satisfaction level drops at the rate of .033/second.
- Rats stay visible for 7 seconds.
- Rats appear every 13 seconds.
Normal Mode:
- All customers start with 4 hearts. If served before heart starts shaking, the hearts increase to 5.
- Customers’ satisfaction level drops at the rate of .036/second.
- Rats stay visible for 6 seconds.
- Rats appear every 14 seconds.
Hard Mode:
- All customers start with 4 hearts. If served before heart starts shaking, the hearts increase to 5.
- Customers’ satisfaction level drops at the rate of .04/second.
- Rats stay visible for 5 seconds.
- Rats appear every 15 seconds.
